It could be that Downtown New Albany isn't quite the draw yet that it might be in the next 16 mos.
I'm impressed that any one has the fortitude to give it a go down there...It will happen... and it will be the next best thing...Unfortunatly, it will take some time and there will be some other lumps on the head.

I haven't been to the new incarnation of the South Side yet...I hope it is close to the old one with better food....
