Kevin Grainger to replace Emperor with an Italian eatery

by Robin Garr » Thu Jul 27, 2017 10:00 am

After a long run, it was probably time for Emperor of China to go. Business First is reporting that Kevin Grainger (also of Village Anchor and Le Moo) is planning to open a "northern and southern Italian" place called Grassa Gramma in the Emperor's Holiday Manor quarters, which were originally built as a suburban movie theater, the Alpha Four (or some number, I forget) a decade before that.

You beat me to it, I saw a article on Insider Louisville was in the same topic earlier today. It's always interesting to see the battle between Insider and Business First and stories like this. https://insiderlouisville.com/business/ ... w-concept/

I agree and PR is one thing that Kevin's organization is very good at. The battle I was referring to is the one between them see which one gets the article published the quickest.
