Their Facebook page says they're not really burgers:

But unlike traditional burgers, ours are made with a dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate "cheese" and "lettuce."

Happy to report that the burger at Molly Malone's is legit. They were slammed last night and rightfully so; they were turning out great burgers! Local beef, fried green tomato, mozzarella cheese (weird but it works) and bacon jam on a pretzel bun. Get a basket of fries for the table and you're set.
