I'm impressed they waited 30 minutes. I give a place 10 minutes after I get seated to come over and at least take a drink order. After that I am out the door!

Had the same thing happen to me at Come Back Inn in Jeffersonville. I tried to get a manager, another server anyone, even the hostess, but no one wanted to serve us. I left a note, but the Ketchup thing is CLASSIC!
