Lilly’s Bistro announces a Peter Franus wine dinner, with Napa Valley wine maker Peter Franus and his wife, Deanne,, who will guide guests through a four course meal prepared by by Chefs Kathy Carrie and Allan Grimm, paired with selections from their winery.

Lilly’s Bistro & Peter Franus Wine Dinner
March 28, 6 p.m.
Dinner starts at 6:30. $85 per Person

1st Course: Smoked Paprika Shrimp, Frisée, Grapefruit, Apricot, Marcona Almonds, Kenny’s Nena Cheese
Paired with Sauvignon Blanc

2nd Course: Pan Fried Black Truffle Gnocchi, Braised Short Rib, Shiitake Mushrooms, Tellicherry Demi Glace
Paired with Merlot

3rd Course: Lamb Leg Asada, Smoked Chili Jus, Rye Strata, Toasted Pepitas, Micro Herbs, Fiddlehead Fern
Paired with Brandlin Zinfandel
