Hub Roti Cafe becomes Urban Bread Co ... and ...

Urban Bread Company, son of Jeffersonville's Hub Roti Cafe, opened in downtown New Albany this week, according to friends on the Sunny Side. According to this article from the New Albany paper last month, they're closing their original Jeff location, re-branding as Urban Bread, and opening two new locations, one in New Albany and one in Jeff. They're still doing a wide variety of interesting street-food sandwiches on roti bread, though, and I liked that a lot at the Hub.

It's at 151 E. Main Street in New Albany, diagonally across the street from the 410 Bakery, which is also said to be worth a trip across the toll-free Sherman Minton Bridge.
