I worked there in 87 as a line cook while drinking at UK. I also worked at the Shelbyville Rd location briefly in 92. In retrospect, it was a fun job.
Sometime in between, they went from making the guacamole in-house to making it in the commissary. Perhaps that was when things started going down hill.
I don't care if it was imitation crab meat, the seafood enchiladas rocked!
