On December 11, 2016, local chefs Lawrence Weeks and Keith Jones of Hillbilly Tea, Jordan Delewis of Against the Grain Brewery and Dan Thomas of the American Culinary Federation, Kentucky Chapter are hosting a fundraiser to benefit hospitality workers displaced by the Gatlinburg fires. $10 per person will be donated to the Dollywood Foundation. This event is open to the public. Doors open at 7 PM and will be serving until 10pm or until the food runs out. Come have some fun and support this worthy cause.
