Brasserie Provence will host its 3rd annual 5-Course Holiday Champagne Dinner on Thursday, December 8 at 6:30 p.m. Wine Expert David Dubou from Vintner Select will present four superb "Reserve" sparkling wines.
Each course is paired with a delicious array of compatible dishes. An appetizer reception will be followed by Poached Duck Egg with Hollandaise Sauce, Duck Foie Gras Terrine, & Shaved Buttery Asparagus with Fish Roe complementing the Domaine Laurens "Le Clos des Demoiselles" Crémant de Limoux. A stylish Asian-inspired Ahi Tuna Steak will be served with the Jean Milan Blanc de Blancs Brut "Grand Reserve 1864". An Ostrich Filet main entrée with White Cheddar Leek Potato Gratin and Wild Mushroom Sauce will accompany the Marc Hébrart Brut 1er cru "Cuvée des Reserves". The dinner will finish with a Raspberry Clafoutis paired with Moussé Fils Blanc de Noirs Brut "Noire Reserve".
Additionally, Live Entertainment will be provided during the dinner by professional Harpist Claude Pellerin.
The Champagne Dinner is $95 per person plus tax & gratuity.
