Thanks, Justin. I just came here to post the WDRB version, which is almost identical. Kind of light on details, don't you think? I wonder who's going to operate the "grab and go" cafe? And yeah, it doesn't sound like a destination restaurant, but I guess they'd rather have something in there than nothing in there.

I just can't see a grab and go making rent. I'd think you'd need some people spending money on booze and enjoying the view to make it work.

I'm guessing rent is coming down fast and highly negotiable in a space like that.

Sounds like they're just taking a fraction of the space, which honestly makes sense. That thing is too big for most restaurants to operate successfully.

Very odd choice for the space, but it would be nice to have SOMETHING down there to grab to eat, since no one can reliably predict when that little food trailer is going to be operating...

...... "grab-and-go café" (do these even go together?)
......."casual eatery"
........"this dining option"

Is this going to be more like a bodega, a Pret-a-manger, or a Thortons? I guess we'll see.

Sarcasm aside, I'm glad something is coming in. These mixed signals offer a mystery at best. But I at least hope that whatever coffee, snacks, sandwiches, beer, wine, etc they offer will be of a thought-out quality.
