I'm sorry to hear it, but not terribly surprised. After Roux, Rumplings, Epic Sammich, and America The Diner have all failed, I hope Chef Staggers can regroup and find a more sustainable way to let his culinary skills shine.

Sorry to hear that. My wife and I liked Roux, and I thought the decor was great. I always struggled with the fact that they didn't serve crackers with oysters, though.

The worst meal, service, and overall restaurant experience I ever had was at Roux.

That's too bad. And with Joe's OK Bayou closing recently, we're running out of Cajun/Creole options around here.

We've always been happy with Selena's. My wife was born and raised in New Orleans East and she can be a harsh judge.

Sorry to hear that, we really enjoyed their food, especially brunch. We never really thought that much about the atmosphere nor the layout of the building however. Also, several times and we were there for brunch the band that was playing was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think!

:? ....Not a very good track record is it ? Might become a bit more difficult finding future "investors"
