Menu & Featured Wines

Appetizer
Bagna Cauda
Raw Vegetables, Hot Anchovy Sauce
Bouillabaisse
Cod, Mussels, Tomato, Fennel and Potato cooked in a Fish Soup, Rouille Crouton
Domaine du Dragon 2015 Côtes de Provence Rosé “Grande Cuvée”
90 Points, Vinous / Tanzer: "Light bright orange-pink. Aromas of fresh raspberry and cherry, along with a suave floral nuance and a hint of allspice. Silky and expansive, offering juicy red fruit and lavender pastille flavors that show very good depth as well as vivacity. The floral quality repeats emphatically on the long, penetrating finish, which shows excellent lift, power and clarity."

Pasta
Cannelloni & Wild Mushroom Ragoût
Mas de Gourgonnier 2014Les Baux de Provence
A blend of Certified Organic Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan with rich black fruit notes and a distinctly earthy style leading to a very dry finish.

Entrée
Roasted Leg of Lamb
Eggplant Custard Gratin, Rosemary Garlic Sauce
La Croix Peyrassol 2015 Rouge, Maures
This organically grown red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. The blend is unique for Provence, and the wine displays approachable rich plum and dark cherry fruits, framed by an unmistakable Provençal influence of wild herbs and minerality. Commanderie de Peyrassol is an ancient estate located near routes traveled by the Crusaders in Provence, and founded by the Knights Templar.

Cheese
Provençale Aged Goat Cheese
Arugula, Candied Pine Nuts, Fig in Bandol Syrup and Sorbet
Château Pradeaux 2011 Bandol Rouge
a creature whose soul emerges from Mourvèdre (95%) with 5% Grenache adding spice to the bouquet and leavening some of the drama provided by the intimidating structure of the Mourvèdre. One of the hallmarks of Pradeaux is that the grapes are never destemmed. The result is a wine of ferocious tannin in its youth, another reason for the prolonged aging in these large wooden barrels, a time for the wine to repose and find its identity as it emerges from the cocoon of tannins to reveal an exceptionally complex crowd of aromas and flavors.
