Oh, how fun!!!
How about this one?
After a week feeling like you've been pulled in every direction, you decide to spend a day doing just that...foodie style.
You start off in St. Matthews, eating a plate of tasty corned beef hash for breakfast to pull everything together.
You stop for lunch on Frankfort Ave. at a restaurant known for fresh ingredients from their multi-acre garden outside town. You were glad for the leisurely meal, though the Philly cheesesteak you had last week from a sandwich shop in Shelbyville Road Plaza wasn't half-bad.
You think of getting some appetizers/drinks near the Old Sears Building, but you remember that they closed last year. You remember that way back you could have gotten dim sum downtown, or have gone to a certain General Store for burgoo or a mini hot brown (and a nice drive out in the country).
You think about eating dinner at a lively spot on Frankfort Avenue but realize you have one last direction to go. You try out the new spot in Germantown.
