Has anyone tried Set on 4th Street?

A friend just told me her boyfriend's son had a business interest in it and that it just recently opened.

I know you guys will give me an honest opinion.

I've held off on checking it out, but I expect it's decent. They apparently kept the Cunningham's famous fish sandwich ...
