Fond Sunday Food Series to benefit Dare to Care

by Bill Veneman » Wed Jul 27, 2016 11:39 am

Robin, please forgive if I have yet again overstepped, but this series of events for one of our favorite causes is, in my opinion, worthy of "airtime" in this forum. If I'm wrong, please position/remove as you see fit....BV

Friends,

Louisville has long been known for it's wonderful food and dining scene....and we have an unusual opportunity to participate in a special series of small dinners to help a very worthy cause....

This series showcases in an intimate setting of twelve (12) seats some of the hottest chefs at town, with the majority of the $95 tab going to DARE to Care. I've signed up for Ethan Ray's dinner. From what I'm understanding, some of the lesser known chefs are struggling to fill spots. If you've wondered about them, try them.

Now these are not wine events. As a matter of fact, if you would like wine with dinner, your are encouraged to visit the Wine Rack (just down the street on Frankfort Avenue from Fond) and they will work up the perfect pairing for your dinner for you to bring with you.

Don't hesitate to call for more information...Madeleine Dee (502-727-3631) will answer any questions you may have!

Fond's Sunday Supper Series still has plenty of seats available! :)

Thanks, Robin!

Just as an FYI, Eric Morris has dropped out of the events......not sure why.

ATTENTION FOOD FRIENDS!!!!!!

The response to these events has been VERY underwhelming! I am shocked! I am totally befuddled!

We have the opportunity to have some of the hottest chefs in town prepare a meal in a very controlled, intimate environ for the benefit of Dare to Care! This is something that doesn't come along every day!

Please consider going to at least one of these fine dinners!

It promises to be fun......
