Private-ish room downtown?

No, I don't mean one of the hotels....
I'm trying to think if there are any casual private or semi-private spaces downtown ( west of 1st street so we can walk ) where I could hold team lunches, and we could safely discuss business at the same time. Only 8 people typically. And not "on expense account" lunches - just decent food with some privacy.
