It looks like a more mature Blaze pizza. It's the same concept as there is one price for limited toppings on the pizzas but you have a choice of thin crust or pan pizza as well as a gluten-free choice. It wasn't clear whether he went through the line picking what you wanted or ordered at the table. It also looks like they have a nice selection of salads to choose from. According to the article this is the 2nd restaurant of this type for the owners, the 1st one is in their hometown of Elizabethtown.
