Sushi with Brown Rice

I know it's not traditional, but many of the groceries do it now, so wondering if any more restaurants have joined in. Anyone have any new suggestions on Restaurants who will do brown rice for their sushi, or rolls with no rice at all? I'm on a low carb diet which frowns on white rice, but brown rice would be okay ( in moderation).

Deb, a traditional itamae would probably run you out with a cleaver in hand if you asked that.

But it does seem like I've seen that option here and there. Dragon King's Daughter? Heart & Soy?

It's really tough to do a brown rice sushi . . . it's not "standard" rice, but rice vinegar and other spice blend, and brown rice isn't as amenable to it as white. I know I've seen it, but can't remember where. If you find it, please post, as we might be interested also!

Pretty sure Simply Thai does it.
