WHAT: Celebrate Chef Dean Corbett’s partnership with the Junior League of Louisville and his contribution to the organization’s most recent cookbook, Bluegrass Gatherings: Entertaining Through Kentucky’s Seasons, with a four-course meal and wine pairings at Corbett’s restaurant Equus on June 15, 2016. The first course will feature a recipe Chef Corbett contributed to the cookbook, and he will sigh attendees’ copies of the cookbook during the event. A limited number of tickets are available, with each priced at $100 per person; tickets go on sale to the public on May 28 at http://www.juniorleaguelouisville.org.

Bluegrass Gatherings: Entertaining Through Kentucky’s Seasons is a seasonal, menu-based cookbook that features recipes from celebrated local chefs and restaurants. The cookbook is available at many local retailers, from any Junior League member, at http://www.juniorleaguelouisville.org/cookbook, and copies will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds from cookbook sales support the mission of the Junior League of Louisville.

Founded in 1921, the Junior League of Louisville, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, to developing the potential of women, and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
