Patterson-Gimlin should be suing Great Divide.

Perhaps Great Divide should have picked a less iconic image?

Who owns the rights to the name Bigfoot? Why did they both go with Yeti which is an Asian creature. These images are clearly a Squatch!

I never thought I'd live to see the day a purveyor of food or drink could openly display such blatant ignorance about the taxonomy of crypto-hominids.

Since I used to tout Red Yeti to people all the time, I'll update this with I don't even care about the suit, because their service (bar area) has gone so far downhill that it's not even worth visiting there anymore.

Just to be clear, you don't care about the man in the gorilla suit or the lawsuit?

That's a shame. Red Yeti was on my radar.

The first time I figured it was a fluke, having had a lot of good meals (or beers) there. The second time, they weren't even taking orders during lunch (POS?). The third time, my wife and I were asked if we wanted to order an hour after we had put in our order. The fourth time, I was there for a good ten minutes and wasn't acknowledged.

Irritates me insofar as it was one of my top two favorite places in Jeff, and I work over there, and I used to go there for lunch and dinner quite often and told a lot of people visit, many of whom were kind enough to tell me the place I recommended has such horrible service they'll never go back. As a side note, the previous bar staff (where I almost always sit) were really good. I'm not entirely sure it's the bartenders' fault, could be back of house, but I don't recommend going there anymore unless you have a good hour minimum.

The food and beer are still really tasty if you can get them, though.
