Ballotin Whiskey and Buck’s will present a four-course Ballotin Chocolate Whiskey dinner tomorrow, May 24, at Buck's, 425 W. Ormsby Ave., beginning with cocktails at 6:30 p.m., with dinner at 7 p.m.
Each course will feature one of Ballotin’s four flavors – Caramel Turtle, Bourbon Ball, Chocolate Mint and Original Chocolate – as an ingredient, and a flight of all four whiskeys will be paired with house-made ice cream for dessert.
Dinner is $65 per person, not including tax or tip. Reservations are required, Call 637-5284.

Tomato salad with local tomatoes, quest fresco, fresh veggies and a Ballotin Original Chocolate balsamic vinaigrette
2nd course: Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey
Pecan breaded shrimp with a sweet and sour sauce and fresh herb salad
3rd Course: Ballotin Bourbon Ball Whiskey
Smoked C.A.B. Tenderloin Carpaccio with local microgreens tossed in a Ballotin Bourbon ball and shallot dressing
4th Course: Ballotin Chocolate Mint Whiskey
Pork Mole: Roasted and smoked pork belly with a Ballotin Chocolate Mint mole, smoked in a corn husk
Extra Treat: Ballotin Whiskey Flight with House Made Ice Cream
