Fresh Thyme

by Richard S. » Thu Apr 28, 2016 10:41 pm

Stopped in at the new Fresh Thyme market on Shelbyville earlier today. I'd compare it to a slightly scaled-down Lucky's Market. I was pretty impressed with the prices; I bought a few pounds of house-made Italian sausage at $3.99 a pound. They also have heat & serve meals; the stuffed shells will be on the menu after my next trip. We didn't have a list when we went in and had to force ourselves to leave when our cart started filling up.

Just wish they'd spread themselves around a bit better.

Actually Earth Fair tried branching out from the core area a little bit and failed! We were actually quite impressed with that store, the prices were fairly reasonable and the store was always very neat and clean. Not sure exactly why it failed.
