"Firenza Moves in on Louisville"

by James Natsis » Mon Apr 25, 2016 10:51 pm

Can you guys please bring us a Turkish, Greek, German, or any other type of restaurant than trying to dump 10 more pizzerias on us?

"dedicated to high-quality products and service but is also extremely poised for explosive growth,” Obi says. “Firenza simply offers today’s demanding customers what they crave—originality, speed of service, customization, and premium products—in a sophisticated and highly welcoming environment.”

No! These "demanding customers" want something different that a national pizza franchise!

They will stop building new pizza places when people stop patronizing each new one that opens.

And if you're not interested in Firenza, you can try Mod Pizza, another national chain that's coming to town. Business First says they're opening a location in McMahan Plaza. It sounds like the same concept as Blaze Pizza -- you choose as many toppings as you want and they cook the pizza in three minutes.

I'll start hitting each of these new spots once we run out of good locally-owned pizzarias! Finally made it to The Post last week -- good pizza and beer.

I just went and looked at their website, at the present time they only have 2 locations, both in Northern Virginia! Sounds like they are making a huge leap coming to Louisville next was up to 10 restaurants?
