Brasserie Provence is Delighted to Offer a 3-Course Easter Brunch with Choices on Sunday, March 27 from 11am to 2pm. Brunch Guests will choose between 6 different Appetizers, Entrées and Desserts. The Appetizers hint at Provençale and French influences, such as Potage Crécy - a French Carrot Soup with Honey Crème Fraîche. The list of Entrées features Roasted Coulotte Beef Steak, Grilled Lamb Chops, Provençale Salmon, Coq au Vin, Quiche, and Croque-Madame. Dessert selections include French classics like Crème Brûlée and Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake.

Our Brunch reservations in the lodge are all booked up for Easter.....But we have a great option with some availability still open.

The CQ Princess will have an Easter Lunch Cruise from 12:00pm - 3:00pm and Easter Dinner Cruise from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
