CJ gives Galaxie 3 stars because tacos

Okay, maybe I'm just being silly here, but it seems that the CJ forgave Galaxie in NuLu, which is primarily a bar with some food, for a lot of the same compromises for which she dinged Molly Malones, which is primarily ... er ... a bar with some food.

Do the reviewers make the call as to what they review, or does the editor decide? I don't quite get why she would review two niche, taco-only places just a month apart -- and then complain that she's tired of tacos!
