Porcini plans a French and Italian wine dinner on Monday, Feb. 29, at 6 p.m. The five-course dinner will feature:

First Course:
Mista Elevata – Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Pancetta, Baby Kale, Parmigiano Reggiano, Toasted Pistachio, Sun-Dried Cranberry, Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette
Wine: Lassegue-Les Cadrans

Second Course:
Grilled Quail, Wild Rice Pilaf, Blood Orange Rosemary Sorghum Glaze
Wine: Lassegue

Third Course:
Calabrese Peppers, Fontina & Gruyere Ravioli, Smoked Pork Tomato Ragu, Crispy Pork Topping
Wine: Arcanum Il Fauno

Fourth Course:
Lamb Chops, Dried Fig & Mint Rissoto Cake, Lamb Caramel
Wine: Arcanum Valadorna

Fifth Course:
Chocolate Lava Cake, Dried Cherry Sauce
Wine: Tenuta Arcanum Chianti Classico Riserva
