Hubby and I spend almost every Monday evening in the southend due to son at Boy Scouts. We drop off, eat dinner, pick up. We went a few times to WW Cousins and were not impressed. The burgers were over cooked and they did a lousy job keeping up the toppings bar. The first time we wrote it off to being new, but it never improved. The last time we went we had to look hard for a clean table and they were not very busy. Shame for the employees, though. :(

Honestly, the one on Breckinridge isn't exactly a model for food service, but I've always thought that one did a good enough job on the food for me to overlook the 1980's restaurant design and execution. I'm not super shocked to hear that it didn't translate well into another location.

That location is just too difficult to access, especially when going westbound on the Loop during peak traffic.

Location only helps a poor restaurant do better. A good restaurant can easily overcome a poor location if people really want to eat there.

We eat at the Breckenridge location fairly often, but have never had any desire to visit the Okolona location. Sorry to hear things didn't go well for them.

Yep. Good luck turning left into traffic there. Hate to hear this though. My family loves WW Cousins and that big goofy fake tree
