Spot for a bridal party/shower?

I'm looking for potential spots for a small bridal party/shower in late March. We're expecting around 15 guests. A private room isn't necessary - just somewhere cute and girly that won't charge us an arm and a leg. Any suggestions?

For the Upstairs space:

-Comfortably holds about 20. Current capacity is 25.
-$85 to reserve space for 3 hours, Tuesday through Saturday. $135 for Sundays and Mondays. This includes decorating and clean-up time that the party planners may want to utilize. This must be paid in advance to reserve the space.
-$15 each additional hour.
-Minimum $60 order from us – drinks or desserts count
-Outside food is allowed, as long as it is not dessert or drinks. Ice cream is okay if desired to accompany dessert from us. There is a $35 fee to bring in outside food.
-Minimum $40 tip for your server. Or 20% of of your food/drink sales- whichever is higher.
