It looks like this is one of the longest lists of participating restaurants yet! I'm certainly glad to see that the restaurant community is getting behind this organization "as well as their employees" for such a worthy cause.

Thanks Mark-
We at APRON feel very blessed with the growing support we get every year from the community.
Because of fundraisers like this we have been able to give out over $70,000 to employees in the Independent Restaurant Community in four years time.
We thank the restaurant community and especially all the wonderful generous supporters who dine out locally.

Question - Is there a provision for adding a "tip" to the bill that goes directly to APRON? In addition to the normal generous tip, of course.

I can't answer that question directly, but it seems to me that it would be more efficient for those so moved to contribute directly to APRON. Perhaps APRON has handout cards available for participating restaurants to distribute to their diners?

Lunch at Selenas was excellent as usual. French Bread makes me feel like I am home again in New Orleans.

Damnation! As I was going to sleep the other night I remembered that we had talked about donation envelopes at one point-but they didn't happen this year. :?
We've had our busiest month ever (by far!) giving out almost $16,000in grants... so...

My apologies Nora, I thought I had updated this list when I updated the website.
We are so happy to have El Mundo in the family!
