The Exchange Pub + Kitchen with help from Brown-Forman, will launch its exclusive Old Forester Single Barrel on Thursday, Jan, 21, 2015, from 6-9 p.m. The celebration will feature a four course dinner with drink pairings throughout the evening, as well as a few unconventional ways to imbibe on bourbon-whiskey all with the insight of the Exchange team and Brown-Forman Master Distiller Chris Morris. The event is $75 per person, not including tax or tip.The event will begin at 6 p.m. in the Exchange “Old Fo Patio Room” when a meet and greet, bourbon tasting, and bottle signing with Chris Morris. Taste the exclusive single barrel of Old Forester with play-by-play from the people who selected it and the man that created it with passed amuse-bouche from the Exchange culinary team.
The four-course dinner will begin at 6:30. With the notes of the bourbon in mind, the culinary team has created a bourbon-inspired menu paired with all Brown-Forman products plus a couple of surprises from the Bar team.
