There is a lot to criticize in that review, but since most people are past that.... I'll say that I also has a great experience at La Chasse. The gratin was excellent as noted, all of the flavors stood out and it was very rich, plenty of grilled, crusty bread to go with it. That was good for me since I had it with the frisee -- delicious, but I could've eaten it in four bites. Another handful of lettuce would've helped me feel better about spending $10 on it. Either way, everything was really good, though not getting an entree, I don't think I can fully assess the place. I'll get an entree next time and pass on the salad.
