Looking for lefse

by katie.haulter » Sun Nov 22, 2015 6:22 pm

Good afternoon!

I am a transplant from Minnesota, and am looking for a restaurant, bakery or individual who makes lefse (a traditional Norwegian flatbread). My family makes this every year, but I do not have the tools or time to do so. Thanks in advance for any help!

I'm actually making lefse for a special at work this week. I'd be more than happy to make extra. If you're interested please email me at Bob.l.Durbin @gmail.com

I always make certain to have lefse in my freezer. I order it and my coffee (Viking Biking) from Ingebretsen's In Minneapolis. https://www.ingebretsens.com/
