Okay, if you are using those for comparisons (I've only been to the Salt Lick, but I've heard many things about Coopers) you will not be overwhelmed by City Barbecue. It's really good as far as anything else around here is concerned it I even like it better than the Western Kentucky ones but it's certainly not comparable to the ones you listed.
