The current (Winter 2015) issue of Food & Dining has an interesting look back at some of the notable restaurant openings and closings since the magazine began publishing in 2003. It reminded me of some places I haven't thought of in years, like Timothy's and Judge Roy Bean's. The city has certainly seen a lot of changes in only a dozen years.
