Good one! The Saveur article on Louisville that he mentions, though, wasn't a very good piece ... not up to Saveur's standards, in my opinion. A lot of mistakes and typos. Still, any publicity is good publicity, as long as they spell our name right!

I'll try to dig up the Saveur article later on so we can pick over it like getting the shells out of crabmeat. :mrgreen:

Ha! I know that guy; we worked at competing business papers in pre-Katrina New Orleans. You can tell has has a touch of the virus that affects most food writers from that city; that is, preface any mention of a city's food scene by pointing out that it's still not as good as New Orleans.
