Bruster's Ice Cream in Lyndon

Passed by a building next to the Sonic in Lyndon that had a sign for "Bruster's Ice Cream" coming soon... Did I see that right? Looks like a chain, but I have never heard of them. Does anyone know anything about this?

There was a thread about it some time back, Kimberly ... later I'll try to find the thread and provide a link.

Basically, it's a chain, widespread in Florida and the south. I don't think it's any real threat to Graeter's, but it's pretty good ice cream. I'd rate it above Baskin-Robbins.
