Game watching tonight?

by Robin F. » Thu Oct 15, 2015 4:42 pm

Any suggestions for a non- traditional place to watch the UK game tonight? We're not looking for loud/rowdy vibe. We live near Lyndon, so we can head in just about any direction.

Rooties is a pretty good spot...the food is good, lots of TV's (some are even HD) and it's (typically) a pretty laid back crowd.

Probably too late for tonight, but Coals might work. Or Equus/Jack's. Or farther in to town, Volare. All good places to watch sports on television but not "sports bars."

We did end up at the St Matts Coals and just about had the place to ourselves. It was perfect. I did think about Rooties but thought it might be too lively for what we wanted last night.
