We have been to EPCOT Food and Wine Festival for 16 years now. We always miss Asiatique/August Moon chef Peng Looi, who is one of the festival's favorite chefs! The lady who introduces the chefs and emcees the events did a long spiel about how fabulous Louisville is and what a wonderful culinary destination it has become. She definitely had her facts right! Chef Looi was delightful and his family seemed to be having fun as well. His Salmon dish ROCKED.
