I noticed that they took care of the weeds sprouting out from the patio but that's it. Too good a location to go unnoticed. Plus what, 50 parking spaces? Unheard of in that area. Someone has been eyeing it.

I believe this property was set to be auctioned off a few months ago, but have no idea what happened with it...

I believe the reserve price was not met.
