Fieldhaus in New Albany gone..Brownie's taking it's place?

It looks like Fieldhaus in New Albany in closed and being replaced with Brownie's "The Shed", and it looks like they may already be open. I don't think Fieldhaus lasted more than a few months, but Brownie's seems to be doing well in Louisville and may do well at this location.

Brownie's seems to be really popular as a big, friendly sports bar, if I'm recalling right. No reason it shouldn't thrive in N'Albany if they run things the same way.
