Keep your barbecue smoke on your property!

It seems like Pinellas County Florida has gone well over the limit with its local laws! Apparently according to what this homeowner is being told by the government environmental official when you cook out you have to be careful that your neighbors can't smell the smoke from your grilling (or smoking)! You have to keep it on your property. I like to see them explain how you're supposed to do that!

Here's the article: http://downtrend.com/brian-carey/florid ... m=facebook

Of course I'm betting that a big part of the problem is the neighbor that complained but the fact that the environmental official would even respond to the call is ridiculous. Actually considering that the article states that the law only applies to Commercial cookers it doesn't seem like it would apply to this man's cooker anyway!
