I'm currently in a lease for at a 1300 square foot commercial kitchen in Old Louisville. We are looking to move as we need access to 3 phase electric supporting a new oven we purchased. I'm looking to sublease, time can be broken up does not have to be full access. The kitchen is SUPER clean and we run a tight ship keeping it that way, so must be professional. We have a 6 burner stove and 8 rack convection oven. There is a fairly large 2 door commercial fridge and tons of shelf space. Would not be open until probably around September.
