I may be a longtime vegetarian, but I say "oh heck yeah!"

That really is great news. I love the Smoking Goose, so if this is even in the same ballpark it'll be a go-to place for us.

I finally made it to Commonwealth Cure today and got 2 of their salamis, the 100 acre hog and a Lambic beer and pear. Both are really good. The 100 acre hog includes walnuts, mushroom, fennel and has a nice chunky fat content. The Lambic and pear is very interesting, subtly fruity and fermented funky in a very good way. The proprietors, Austin and Michelle Cummins were a pleasure to talk to about their products. They are in a building next to the Taco Bell on East Broadway.
