The building next to Joy Luck in the Highlands has an "Opening Soon- Wheelhouse Cafe" sign out front. The only thing I was able to find online was a short snippet from Insider Louisville, stating that it was being run by the owners of the Time & Space bar next door, and will be diner-ish. Does anyone in the know have any additional info?
