What is Butchertown Chicken Shack?

Way down at the end of LowBrow, next to the creek and across the street from Bistro 1860, there's a big billboard advertising "Coming Soon- Butchertown Chicken Shack."

Anyone know more about that?

Different name, but this article from Business First tells about Bistro 1860 Chef Michael Crouch opening a little chicken shack right behind the restaurant (not instead of his Bistro job but in addition to it).
