Had a delightful lunch with the girls today at Mango's Mexican Grill. They have a lunch buffet for $7.99 that's pretty darn good! Of course they also have a full menu, but when I saw huevos rancheros and shrimp ceviche on the buffet, well, need I say more? Everything was fresh, and they even have a few desserts...churros, flan, sopapillas....good stuff! If you're in the area, or just want to make the trip because a good Mexican buffet is worth it, you won't be disappointed! They're in J-town (Hurstbourne Ln. /Watterson Trail area) in the strip mall behind Culver's. Muy Bueno!
