Bill Melillo to open Silvio's in St. Matthews ...

The recipe is simple.....to maintain the practice is not.....Bill and his family care about this.....it is his dream....so he has decided to offer quality ingredients at a fair price, and he makes sure his employees care the same way he does......

They will do great......his presence their, daily, will only help.


I have known the family for years...and I adore them.....

I eat there at least once or twice a week...


The pasta fagiole is great....meatballs are great....heck they do a good job.

They must be doing something right...I've tried to dine there 3 times now and had to pass on it because of the lack of parking - anywhere remotely near the restaurant. Now I am determined to dine there. Wish they were opened on Sunday but I respect the fact that they are giving their staff a day off.
