Yeah, I'm afraid that's pretty much been in the cards for a couple of years. :(

I never really warmed up to it as a dining destination, but it's certainly a major music landmark, and for that it will be missed.

Honestly that building should probably be condemned. And I think more than anything the neighborhood failed the Rud. It just isn't a place I want to be at 1am.

? The current owners haven't owned it a year yet, have they? Anyway, the Sunday brunch was great.
