Summer, Summer, Summertime! (at Bourbons Bistro)

Our summer menu has arrived! While we have kept some time-honored staples; Chef Bridges has offered some delicious additions for summertime at Bourbons Bistro.

New Additions
Brussels Sprouts and Kale
cider vinaigrette, gorgonzola, granny smith apples, and roasted walnuts

Corn Pudding and Crab Salad
baby arugula, sweet peppers, bourbon vinaigrette, and apple-smoked bacon

Duck Breast
caprese panzanella, aged balsamic, roasted oyster mushrooms

Pork Belly Grilled Cheese
brioche with bleu cheese horseradish cheddar, tomato jam, pickles, and pomme frites

Chicken Duo
crispy thigh, bacon wrapped roulade, white beans, preserved lemon, collard greens, and lavender honey

Salted Roasted Baby Beets
wheat berry salad, roasted Brussels sprouts, with kale salad
