I left a message on the other forums but I thought I would bring this up to the restaurant forum. ( I hope that's ok Robin!) So many of you work in the industry and might have a recommendation for a qualified Bookkeeper to work part-time (couple of hours weekly) for Coals Artisan Pizza.
I sometimes just pay the bookeeper at my accounting firm to help me get caught up or balanced. They will work by the hour. I'm not sure if this would be an option for you or not, maybe not if they need to be onsite to do inventory or something.
